1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Pieceful Moments, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use the game.

These terms form a legal agreement between you (the player) and the developer of Pieceful Moments.

2. License

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Pieceful Moments solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes on supported Meta Quest devices.

You may not:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify any part of the game

  • Use the game for commercial purposes without written permission

  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the game or its content

3. User Content and Data

Pieceful Moments does not collect personal data. The game stores progress and downloadable content (DLC) locally on your device. You are responsible for any data stored on your system.

We do not store or transmit your personal information, and we do not access or control your saved data.

4. DLC and Online Features

The game may offer optional downloadable content (DLC), which requires an internet connection for verification and download. Access to DLC may be subject to additional terms or charges as specified in the Meta Store.

5. Updates and Modifications

The developer may release updates, patches, or changes to the game to improve functionality, fix bugs, or enhance content. These updates may be applied automatically or require manual installation.

The developer reserves the right to modify or discontinue the game or any part of its features at any time, without prior notice.

6. Intellectual Property

All content in Pieceful Moments, including but not limited to graphics, sound, puzzles, code, and design, is owned by or licensed to the developer. Unauthorized use of this content is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

The game is provided \"as is\" without warranties of any kind. The developer is not liable for any damages, including data loss or hardware issues, arising from the use or inability to use the game.

Your use of the game is at your own risk.

8. Termination

Violation of these terms may result in suspension or termination of your license to use the game. The developer reserves the right to revoke access without notice in cases of misuse or breach of these terms.
